Chris White has over 25 years of experience in business management, merger & acquisition progression and integration, corporate strategy, and business development. Mr. White specializes in client negotiations, project development, strategic planning, budgetary estimates, new market breakthrough, and supply chain operations. He provides consultative support to commercial, medical, engineering, industrial, chemical, and oil and gas projects utilizing insightful strategies to enhance project performance, production throughput, optimize efficiencies, and financial analysis. His project portfolio includes refineries, chemical plants, pipelines, gas processing plants, enhanced oil recovery, turnaround projects, healthcare facilities, and medical devices. At Synergen, Mr. White works closely with clients to understand their project scope and financial needs. He understands project issues from all sides – Owners, Contractors, Subcontractors, Product Manufacturers, and Financial Companies. Prior to joining Synergen, Mr. White held leadership positions in business development, finance, and operations at a Director and Manager level with companies such as The Linde Group, Matheson, and other chemical and medical device / healthcare organizations. Mr. White’s experience ranges in developing projects from $1MM to $100+MM in corporations extending up to $23B. Mr. White received a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Distribution from Texas A&M University and a Master’s in Business Administration in Marketing and Management from the University of Houston.
