Don Chapman, BSC, P.E.
Don Chapman is a Certified Change Management practitioner and a registered Professional Engineer with extensive experience in the fields of Engineering, Construction and Project Management. Mr. Chapman specializes in troubled project turnaround, plant revamps and expansions, and large scale engineering, procurement and construction (EPC) projects. Mr. Chapman has held numerous managerial roles with companies including Worley Parsons, Fluor Corporation, Jacobs Engineering and Suncor Energy. He has successfully managed and performed major projects for clients such as Shell, ExxonMobil, China Petrochemical Corporation, and Kuwait Petroleum. He has experience leading process and industrial projects, oil & gas production and refining, pipelines, gas processing, polymers, steel, and aluminum processes. Mr. Chapman’s skills include a full spectrum of project delivery from idea generation, detailed construction planning, procurement, engineering management, program and construction management and execution, and team leadership. Mr. Chapman holds a Bachelor of Science in Engineering and Physics from Dalhousie University in Canada and additional Graduate Studies from the University of Calgary, the University of Charlotte and the University of Denver.
