George Redd, P.E., MBA
George L. Redd is a Registered Professional Engineer in the states of Louisiana and Texas with over 35 years of engineering experience. Mr. Redd’s experience includes significant lead roles in engineering, design, and R&D positions. Mr. Redd’s areas of expertise include process design, engineering practices, resolution of problems, and performance optimization of valves, pumps, heat exchangers, crude towers, side strippers, and vessels. In addition, he has extensive experience conducting economic evaluations of processes, performing simulations, developing P&ID’s, PFD’s, data sheets, and performing technical strategic analysis. His industry experience includes upstream, downstream and petrochemical projects. Prior to joining Synergen, Mr. Redd held positions with S&B Engineers, BEI Engineers, KBR, Fluor Enterprises, and Merichem Company. Mr. Redd holds a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry from the University of Texas, a Master of Science in Chemical Engineering from the University of Houston, and a Master of Business Administration from the University of Houston.
