Mark J. Genenbacher
Mark J. Genenbacher has over 20 years of experience in the Engineering and Construction industry with specialization in project and construction management and project controls. Prior to joining Synergen, Mr. Genenbacher was actively involved in numerous engineering and construction projects providing project management, critical path scheduling, change management, and project cost controls on a wide variety of EPC projects across many industries. Mr. Genenbacher specializes in cost estimation, earned value analysis, CPM schedule management and analysis, delay analysis, productivity analysis, construction claims consultancy and preparation, change order management and analysis, mitigation and risk analysis. He also has extensive experience with varying delivery methods such as lump sum pricing, cost reimbursable, guaranteed maximum price, and many other methods commonly encountered in the engineering and construction industry. Mr. Genenbacher has participated in numerous meditations, has served as an expert, and has testified in domestic arbitration. Mr. Genenbacher has held numerous lead and managerial positions at Aker Solutions (former Kvaerner), Sacramento Regional Transit District, and Zachry Industrial. Mr. Genenbacher holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from California State University, Chico.
