Stephen M. Redding is a registered Professional Engineer with over 45 years as a practicing consulting engineer for Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning (HVAC) design and construction administration. Mr. Redding has extensive experience with HVAC design and analysis of residential, commercial, industrial, governmental, and institutional projects, including new facilities, renovations and expansions. Experience within those industries includes, but is not limited to homes, apartments, condominiums, retail, office towers, shopping centers, hotels, restaurants, warehouses, industrial facilities, educational facilities, military facilities, courthouses, prisons, churches, hospitals, clinics, nursing homes, physician buildings and retirement centers. Mr. Redding specializes in code review and analysis, peer reviews of HVAC design, construction document preparation, errors & omissions analysis, standard of care issues, construction defects, forensic construction analysis, indoor air quality assessments, water and air intrusion analysis, and damage remediation documentation. Mr. Redding holds a Master of Mechanical Engineering from Rice University.
