Tygue Rudolph is a Certified Planning and Scheduling Professional with over 15 years of engineering and construction industry experience with specialization in project and construction management and project controls. He has been actively involved with project planning, critical path method (CPM) scheduling, schedule integration, project monitoring, risk evaluation, and earned value analysis on complex and large scale projects with varying delivery methods. Mr. Rudolph’s professional background includes project management and construction claims assignments on domestic and international projects in a wide range of industries, such as the building, heavy civil, transportation, healthcare, governmental, education, manufacturing, energy, and industrial construction sectors. Mr. Rudolph has been designated and testified as an expert witness on numerous construction-related matters. Mr. Rudolph’s vision and distinguished industry experience has contributed to development of Synergen’s roster of qualified consultants that boast a 90% repeat and referral client rate. Mr. Rudolph holds a Bachelor of Science in Architectural Engineering from The University of Texas at Austin and is a Certified Planning and Scheduling Professional (PSP) with the Association for the Advancement of Cost Engineering (AACE International).
